Role Description The HR Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding for on-site. This full-time role will involve developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining accurate HR records and documentation. The HR Manager will manage payroll coordination, attendance tracking, benefits administration, and support employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.





The role includes designing and coordinating training and development programs, succession planning, and talent retention initiatives aligned with organizational goals. The HR Manager will collaborate closely with leadership and project teams to support workforce planning, health and safety initiatives, and a positive, inclusive work culture.

Qualifications

- Strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.
- Experience with payroll coordination, attendance management, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
- Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
- Ability to design and implement training, development, and talent management programs.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliances, and HR policies relevant to industrial/engineering environments.
- Comfort with HRIS tools, MS Office, and data reporting for HR metrics and analytics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or heavy industry sectors.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and integrity in handling confidential information.
