Role Description The HR Manager role at Cakofy is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives for bakery and corporate staff. This role will manage HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

The HR Manager will handle employee relations, support conflict resolution, facilitate training and development programs, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.



Collaboration with leadership to forecast staffing needs, support workforce planning, and contribute to organizational improvement will be a key part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in HR management or senior HR roles, preferably in retail, hospitality, or food & beverage environments.
- Strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to support operational staffing needs.
- Competence in performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and local labor law compliance in India.
- Ability to handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and uphold a respectful, inclusive workplace.
- Proficiency in HR documentation, HRIS tools, and basic MS Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in a quick-paced environment, with flexibility to support peak operational hours when needed.
