· Lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring strategy for all roles.

· Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.

· Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance management, engagement, and exit processes.

· Oversee attendance, leave, and employee records management.

· Coordinate payroll with Finance ensuring accuracy and compliance.

· Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.

· Drive performance appraisal cycles and retention strategies.

· Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESI, etc.).

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
