Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role based in Hyderabad. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.

Daily responsibilities include coordinating hiring processes, maintaining HR records, managing payroll inputs, and ensuring adherence to company policies and local labor regulations. The role involves developing HR policies, facilitating training and development initiatives, addressing employee grievances, and supporting leadership with workforce planning.



The HR Manager will collaborate with internal teams to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that aligns with AR GLOBAL HUB’s mission and values.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in HR operations.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in HR documentation, HRIS or HR software tools, and basic MS Office applications.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Experience in designing and implementing training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role, ideally in the education or services sector.
