We are pleased to announce an opening for the position of HR Manager at our organization. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR qualified with a strong background in human resource management, employee relations, HR operations, and statutory compliance.

Position Details

- Position: HR Manager
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience
- Location: Faridabad, Haryana
- Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification
- Industry Preference: Education/School, Service Sector

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and separation.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Handle payroll coordination, salary structuring, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.
- Manage employee relations, grievance redressal, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Lead workforce planning, manpower budgeting, HR reporting, and organizational development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.




- Drive employee development, retention, and HR process improvements.

Desired Skills:

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Proven ability to manage HR operations independently and work closely with senior management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
