Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR leader to drive large-scale IT recruitment, lead recruitment and HR teams, and manage strategic stakeholder relationships. The primary focus will be achieving an annual hiring target of 500–1,000 employees across lateral and fresher recruitment. The role will also oversee HR operations, employee engagement, retention, performance management, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end IT recruitment across lateral and fresher hiring.
- Achieve annual hiring targets of 500–1,000 employees in alignment with business requirements.
- Build, lead, mentor, and develop recruitment and HR teams.
- Drive campus recruitment, employer branding, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Partner with senior management, business heads, delivery leaders, and hiring managers on workforce planning and recruitment priorities.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, recruitment timelines, hiring budgets, and vendor relationships.
- Oversee HR operations, employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor recruitment performance metrics, hiring efficiency, and workforce requirements.




- Drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition processes and overall HR effectiveness.

Required Skills & Experience

- 20+ years of overall HR experience, predominantly in the IT industry.
- Strong expertise in IT talent acquisition within IT services, consulting, or technology organizations.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering 500–1,000 annual hires across lateral and fresher recruitment.
- Demonstrated experience in leading, managing, and developing recruitment and HR teams.
- Solid HR leadership, stakeholder management, and business partnering capabilities.
- Experience in workforce planning, employee engagement, HR operations, retention, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment mandates and deliver hiring targets within defined timelines.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.

Mandatory Criteria

- 20+ years of HR experience with significant IT industry exposure.
- Strong IT recruitment and talent acquisition leadership experience.
- Proven ability to deliver 500+ hires annually.
- Experience in recruitment team management and HR leadership.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
- Working knowledge of HR operations, employee engagement, and statutory compliance.
- Willingness to work from the Mumbai office.
