: HR Manager (KOTA AERODROME CIRCLE) FINANCE COMPANY

Experience: 5–8 Years / SALARY - 35 K TO 45 K PER MONTH

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or GRADUATE

Department: Human Resources (KOTA RAJASTHAN)

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies.
- Handle Industrial Relations (IR), labour management, and legal compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct performance appraisals, training, and development programs.
- Manage employee separation, exit formalities, and full & final settlements.
- Coordinate with management on manpower planning, budgeting, and HR strategies.
- Maintain HR documentation, MIS reports, and compliance records.





Required Skills:

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
- Expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

Preferred Candidate: A proactive and result-oriented HR professional capable of independently managing the complete HR function, IR activities, and legal compliance.
