- Assist in recruitment and selection activities.

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.

- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.

- Assist in joining formalities, onboarding, and induction.

- Support attendance management and employee documentation.

- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining recruitment trackers.

- Coordinate with employees and other departments for HR-related activities.

- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
