- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and social media.

- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and schedule interviews.

- Coordinate with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.

- Maintain recruitment trackers and build a robust talent pipeline.
