JD-2–4 years of relevant experience in software testing, including substantial hands-
on web application automation.
- Strong programming and scripting skills in Python, including functions, object-
oriented concepts, exception handling, modules, and data structures.
- Hands-on expertise with Selenium WebDriver, locator strategies, browser handling, and cross-browser automation.
- Experience developing and maintaining Python-based test frameworks using
Pytest, unittest, Robot Framework, or an equivalent framework.
- Practical experience using GenAI tools in web application automation workflows,
including prompt development and responsible validation of generated output.
- Sound knowledge of SDLC, STLC, testing techniques, defect lifecycle, and
Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Ability to create robust test cases from requirements and troubleshoot automation or application failures.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
