Hezlin Holidays is looking for a passionate and energetic Holiday Consultant to join our travel team! As a Holiday Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for potential travelers-handling call enquiries, explaining package details, and helping convert leads into memorable holiday bookings.
You will be responsible for promoting and converting domestic travel packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming B2B travel enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Provide detailed explanations of holiday packages, including itinerary, pricing, inclusions, and exclusions.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable packages based on their preferences and budget.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through clear communication and strong follow-up.
- Maintain records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, and confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customized travel plans when needed.
- Stay updated with latest travel trends, offers, and destinations.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in travel & tourism industry is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and regional languages.
- Strong customer service and persuasive skills.
- Basic knowledge of major domestic and international travel destinations.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
