Maa Nest is an app-based home-care marketplace connecting families with verified caregivers and professionals for childcare, elder care, and physiotherapy services at home.

As a Child Development Professional Partner, you can build your professional profile on the Maa Nest app, choose your preferred service areas, set your availability, and receive booking requests from families.

- Create your professional profile through the Maa Nest app.
- Choose your preferred working locations in Bengaluru.
- Set your own availability and preferred working hours.
- Receive childcare and child development support booking requests.
- Accept or decline bookings based on your availability.
- Provide professional, child-friendly support in the family’s home.
- Earn based on the bookings you accept and successfully complete.
- Choose part-time or full-time availability, including weekdays or weekends.

There are no fixed office shifts. Work opportunities depend on customer demand, your service area, availability, profile approval, and bookings received.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide age-appropriate childcare assistance and developmental support.
- Support children’s learning through age-appropriate educational activities, storytelling, creative play, and supervised engagement.
- Encourage positive behaviour, communication, social interaction, and daily living skills.




- Assist families with structured play and child development activities appropriate to the child’s age.
- Maintain a safe, clean, supportive, and child-friendly environment.
- Follow the family’s care instructions and Maa Nest’s safety and professional conduct guidelines.
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding activities completed and relevant observations.
- Respect the child’s privacy, dignity, and individual needs.
- Accept and complete bookings responsibly through the Maa Nest app.

Eligibility Criteria
- B.Ed: Degree in Education with relevant knowledge of childcare, teaching, early childhood education, or child development.
- M.Ed: Postgraduate degree in Education with relevant knowledge of child development, education, or childcare.
- Psychology: Graduate or postgraduate degree in Psychology with an interest in child development, behavioural support, or working with children.
- Home Science: Graduate or postgraduate degree in Home Science, preferably with a specialization or relevant coursework in child development.

Candidates should demonstrate patience, communication skills, professionalism, and a genuine interest in supporting children and families. Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply.





Relevant experience may include teaching, early childhood education, childcare, supervised developmental activities, or non-clinical child support.

Scope of Work and Professional Boundaries

This is a non-clinical childcare and developmental support role. The position does not involve diagnosing developmental or psychological conditions, providing psychotherapy, prescribing medication, or delivering clinical treatment.

Clinical or therapeutic services may only be offered by professionals with the appropriate qualifications, registration, and authorization for those services.
