Role Description The Holiday Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Mira Bhayandar. This role focuses on understanding client preferences, budget, and travel requirements to design customized holiday packages and itineraries. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inquiries, suggesting destinations and accommodation options, preparing quotations, and coordinating bookings for flights, hotels, and local tours.

Consultant will also assist with visa and passport guidance, liaise with suppliers to secure competitive rates,



and ensure accurate documentation and timely communication with clients. The role requires proactive follow-up, maintaining client records, and providing after-sales support to ensure a positive travel experience and repeat business.

Qualifications

- Experience in holiday planning, itinerary creation, and end-to-end tour package management.
- Knowledge of air ticketing processes and familiarity with basic travel reservation systems.
- Understanding of visa, passport, and foreign exchange procedures relevant to international travel.
- Robust customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills to interact with diverse clients.
- Ability to work on-site in Mira Bhayandar, manage multiple inquiries, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and basic proficiency in office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, booking tools).
- Prior experience in a travel agency or tourism-related role is preferred; a diploma or degree in travel, tourism, or hospitality is an advantage.
