US Healthcare Staffing Division Manager

About the Role

Raya Workforce is looking for an experienced professional to lead and develop our US healthcare staffing division. This role is for someone who understands the US staffing market, can manage a recruitment team, build client relationships, and take ownership of the complete staffing process — from business development and requirement acquisition to candidate delivery, placements, and revenue growth.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership, establish a strong working process, and help build the healthcare division from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the US healthcare staffing division.
- Manage, guide, and support recruiters and business development team members.
- Develop new client relationships and identify opportunities within the US healthcare staffing market.
- Understand client requirements, coordinate recruitment delivery, and ensure quality candidate submissions.
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.
- Monitor team productivity, recruitment pipelines, client activity, and placement performance.
- Establish clear targets, workflows, reporting practices, and accountability across the team.
- Build strategies to improve client acquisition, requirement conversion, time-to-fill, and revenue.




- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities to expand the healthcare staffing business and build a sustainable delivery model.

Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in US healthcare staffing, preferably in a team lead, delivery manager, operations manager, or division leadership role.
- Solid understanding of US healthcare recruitment, staffing workflows, and client requirements.
- Experience managing recruiters and coordinating recruitment delivery.
- Working knowledge of healthcare roles and specialties such as nursing, allied health, therapy, medical assistants, and other clinical or non-clinical positions.
- Experience in business development, client relationship management, or account growth within staffing.
- Ability to manage recruitment metrics, team performance, delivery priorities, and business targets.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
- Experience building or scaling a staffing team or division is an advantage.
