- End-to-end coordination of product rebranding activities – Support the delivery of product-related rebranding across Health and Employee Perks products, ensuring all product artefacts, customer-facing documents and internal references are updated in line with approved branding, regulatory requirements and programme timelines.
- Product inventory, impact assessment and change implementation – Maintain a comprehensive inventory of impacted products and product assets, perform impact assessments, define required product changes, establish implementation plans and coordinate execution across multiple workstreams.
- Product documentation and governance management – Coordinate updates to product specifications, policy contracts, product summaries, product governance artefacts, ensuring consistency across all product-related materials.




- Cross-functional coordination and approvals – Partner with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology, Distribution, Marketing and PMO to drive product approvals, manage dependencies, resolve implementation issues and ensure timely delivery of agreed milestones.
- Product implementation and operational readiness – Coordinate product implementation activities across systems, digital platforms and operational processes, ensuring product changes are accurately reflected across customer journeys and business operations prior to deployment.
- Programme governance, reporting and quality assurance – Maintain implementation trackers, risk and issue logs, action registers and governance documentation; perform quality assurance reviews across product deliverables.
