We’re Hiring | Manager – Business Development & Sales (Industrial Packaging)

Mystical Propack Pvt. Ltd. | Mumbai

Mystical Propack manufactures plastic bottles, containers, jerry cans, caps, closures, crates and pallets for pharmaceutical, agrochemical, FMCG, food & beverage and other industrial applications.

We are looking for a proactive, commercially driven professional to develop new business and build long-term customer relationships. This is a hands-on role working directly with management, with ownership of the sales process from prospecting to commercial orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach new customers across relevant industries.
- Generate qualified enquiries through direct outreach, referrals, industry networking and exhibitions.
- Arrange customer meetings, understand packaging requirements and present suitable products.
- Coordinate with internal teams on feasibility, samples, trials, costing and quotations.
- Follow up on customer approvals, negotiate within agreed commercial limits and convert opportunities into orders.




- Grow existing accounts by introducing additional products and applications.
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline with transparent updates on enquiries, follow-ups and expected orders.
- Gather market feedback on pricing, competitors and customer requirements.

Candidate Profile

- Preferably 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in plastic packaging, industrial packaging or allied products.
- Proven ability to acquire customers and generate repeat business.
- Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a growing, promoter-led organisation.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and plant visits.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience, with performance-linked incentives.
