Role Description The Head Human Resources Development is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for leading HR strategy, designing and implementing human resource development initiatives, and aligning HR practices with business goals. Daily responsibilities include overseeing HR policies, managing employee relations, driving performance management and training programs, and supporting leadership in workforce planning and organizational development.

The role involves collaborating with department heads, resolving complex HR issues, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering an inclusive, high-engagement work setting.





Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and Human Resource Development, with experience designing and implementing development programs.
- Proven expertise in HR Management and HR Policies, including policy creation, implementation, and compliance.
- Demonstrated skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and engagement initiatives.
- Experience leading HR teams, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on fairness and inclusion.
- Ability to use HRIS and data analytics to support decision-making and measure HR program effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a similar industry or rapid-paced environment.
