HEAD OF BOARDING

Master’s Degree in any discipline from a recognised university

B.Ed. preferred

10–20 years of relevant experience, including leadership experience in a residential/boarding school

BOARDING COORDINATOR

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in any discipline from a recognised university

B.Ed. preferred

5–8 years of relevant experience in boarding/residential school operations

DEPUTY BOARDING COORDINATOR

Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Psychology, Social Sciences or a related field

B.Ed. preferred

3–5 years of experience in a boarding/residential school environment

IDEAL CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE





Strong leadership and communication skills

Experience in student welfare and pastoral care

Understanding of child safeguarding and student wellbeing

Ability to manage residential routines and boarding operations

Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, teachers and residential staff
