We are seeking a dedicated Hardware & Network Engineer to be stationed permanently at our sugar factory client site. This is a residential role requiring you to live in office to ensure minimal downtime for critical factory IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and support of all computer hardware and network systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hardware Maintenance: Diagnose, repair, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals across the factory and administrative offices.
- Network Support: Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
- On-Site Support:
Provide immediate technical support to factory staff and management to minimize operational disruptions.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular checks on servers, CCTV systems, and network cables to prevent failures.
- Documentation: Maintain inventory of IT assets and log all technical issues and resolutions.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in hardware and network troubleshooting.
- Willingness to reside on-site (accommodation provided).
- Ability to work in an industrial environment.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
