Job Purpose The Guest Relationship Officer will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, building strong customer relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring a warm and professional in-store experience for every guest visiting our showrooms.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers warmly, ensuring a premium and personalized showroom experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand customer needs and coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless service.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct customer follow-ups to encourage repeat visits and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Support customer engagement initiatives, loyalty programs, and special occasions.
- Coordinate with showroom teams to ensure smooth customer service operations.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, communication, hospitality, and qualified etiquette.
- Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the overall guest experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree in any discipline preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in the hospitality industry, including hotels, luxury hospitality, airlines, or premium customer service, is preferred.
- Freshers with a postgraduate degree and excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.
