RubricHQ is an early-stage startup on a mission to make voice AI trustworthy. Companies are putting voice agents in front of their customers in call centers, support lines, and sales, and most have no reliable way to know how those agents will behave before real customers find out. We build the testing and QA platform that teams use to catch those failures early.

We are a small team that ships rapid, works directly with customers, and gives people real ownership from day one.

About the role

We are looking for a GTM Engineer Intern to help us find and reach the teams building voice AI. You will work directly with the founder to run outbound, build lead pipelines, and test new growth channels. It suits someone who likes to figure things out, try an idea quickly, and measure whether it worked.

You will own growth experiments end to end: pick the audience, build the list, write the messaging, run the campaign, and report what you learned.

Location: Remote

Duration: 3–6 months, full-time

Stipend: 15000/mo

What you will do

- Identify and research potential B2B customers building or deploying voice AI
- Build targeted lead lists and turn them into clear next actions for the team
- Run outreach and drip campaigns across email,



LinkedIn, and other channels
- Drive community-led growth on Reddit, developer forums, and similar communities
- Work with product and engineering to understand current features and turn them into clear messaging for prospects
- Track results and share what is working and what is not

What this role is (and is not)

It is hands-on execution, learning by doing, and end-to-end ownership of growth experiments.

It is not a role limited to performance marketing, to analytics and reporting,

or to content posting.

Who should apply

- Proactive and experimental, with attention to detail
- Comfortable with fast-paced work and ambiguity
- Able to read technical documentation and explain it simply to a non-technical audience
- An engineering or technical background is a plus, but not required
