About us

Morii Homes runs luxury private villas across North Goa, including Morjim, Siolim, Parra and Guirim. We are looking for a sharp, guest-focused executive who keeps every stay running smoothly, from the first call to checkout. This is a hands-on role in a growing luxury hospitality brand.

What you'll do

1. Be the main point of contact for guests over phone, WhatsApp and in person, before, during and after their stay
2. Handle guest requests, complaints and last-minute issues quickly and professionally
3. Supervise and train housekeeping staff, and run regular checks to make sure every villa meets our standards
4. Coordinate with maintenance, technicians and vendors on repairs and urgent faults (power, plumbing, AC, appliances and so on)
5. Visit properties for inspections, check-ins and issue resolution
6. Prepare and maintain operational reports in Excel: occupancy, housekeeping checklists, maintenance logs, guest feedback
7. Work with the reservations team to make sure each villa is ready before guests arrive

What you must have

1.



Excellent spoken and written English. This is non-negotiable.
2. [2–4] years of experience in guest relations, front office or operations at a hotel, resort, villa or homestay.
3. Strong Excel skills for building transparent reports (formulas, formatting, basic tracking sheets)
4. Experience managing and training housekeeping staff
5. Calm and quick problem-solving under pressure
6. Currently living in Goa. We do not provide accommodation.
7. Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence for property visits
8. Willing to work weekends and holidays on a rotational basis, and to be reachable for urgent guest issues

Good to have

1. Experience with luxury or boutique hospitality
2. Knowledge of Konkani or Hindi
3. Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com or other OTA platforms

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
