About Martechture

Martechture is a marketing-first martech consulting firm headquartered in New Jersey, with our delivery team based in Bengaluru. We help marketing leaders get more out of the platforms and data they already own, and put AI to work inside them.

About the Role

We are looking for a marketing intern who is curious about where growth strategy meets technical execution. You will learn to apply core growth and communication principles while using AI tools, automation, and a working understanding of code, APIs, and CMS platforms as part of your everyday toolkit. You will contribute to real work from your first week, with mentorship and room to take on more as you grow.

If you have taken the time to understand how campaigns run, enjoy experimenting with AI tools, and are comfortable exploring an API or a CMS on your own, we would like to hear from you.

What You Will Do

- Content and social operations: Support day-to-day content creation and distribution across LinkedIn and other social channels, using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity to research and draft content and to repurpose it across formats.

- Campaign execution: Help plan and launch campaigns, building them inside marketing automation platforms, social schedulers, and ad platforms, and take part in post-campaign reviews.

- MarTech operations: Learn our stack hands-on, including marketing automation, CMS, social media management, and SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) tools, and help resolve operational issues as they come up.

- Technical marketing: Take on tasks like landing page updates, tag and pixel deployment, and minor CMS changes, building independence as you go.

- AI tool evaluation: Research and test emerging AI tools, AI agents, and data enrichment utilities, and share practical views on which ones are worth adopting.

- Workflow improvement: Look at our marketing funnels and internal workflows with fresh eyes,



and suggest improvements where you see gaps or inefficiencies.

- Documentation: Capture workflows, tool evaluations, prompts, and campaign learnings so they become shared knowledge for the team.

Eligibility

- Currently pursuing an MBA, with an undergraduate degree in engineering or a technical discipline (B.Tech, B.E., BCA, or B.Sc. in Computer Science or IT).

- Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Python, or SQL, and a conceptual understanding of how APIs and webhooks work.

- Permanently based in Bengaluru and available to work full-time from our office.

- Able to join within 30 days and commit to a continuous six-month internship.

What We Are Looking For

- MarTech awareness: A solid understanding of how core marketing platforms work, such as marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Brevo), CMS (WordPress, Webflow), or SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush). Exposure through coursework, free trials, certifications like HubSpot Academy, or personal projects all count.

- AI curiosity: Genuine interest in using AI tools for marketing work, whether that means writing structured prompts, trying Zapier or Make automations, or building a custom GPT for something you care about.

- Strong written English: Explicit, well-structured writing that adapts to short social posts, long-form articles, and documentation.

- Ownership mindset: Willingness to take responsibility for your work, ask good questions, and grow into larger tasks as trust builds.
