As a Growth & Performance Specialist, you’ll own key parts of the growth funnel — from acquisition and lead generation to conversion, retention and re-engagement.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll be expected to identify opportunities, build solutions, test, measure and optimise rather than simply manage agencies or campaigns.

You’ll work closely with Product, Tech, CRM and Business teams, while independently driving execution wherever possible.

What You’ll Own1. Performance Marketing

- Own Google, Meta and YouTube campaigns with a focus on ROAS, CAC, CPL, conversion and lead quality
- Manage budgets, audiences, creatives, landing pages and campaign optimisation
- Run experiments and scale what works

2. Analytics & Attribution

- Own GA4, GTM, Google/Meta tracking, conversion events and UTM structures
- Track the journey from acquisition to booking
- Build dashboards and identify funnel, attribution and tracking gaps

3. CRM & Marketing Automation

- Drive growth through Zoho CRM
- Build lead attribution, scoring, segmentation and lifecycle journeys
- Automate lead nurturing, follow-ups and re-engagement
- Identify funnel drop-offs and build interventions to improve conversion

4. WhatsApp & Conversational Growth

- Build and optimise WhatsApp chatbot and conversational journeys
- Automate lead qualification, routing and follow-ups
- Connect WhatsApp journeys with CRM and analyse conversion

5. Website Growth & CRO

- Analyse customer journeys and identify conversion bottlenecks
- Improve landing pages and website conversion
- Define and prioritise CRO opportunities based on business impact
- Work with Product/Tech to implement and test improvements

6. SEO & Organic Growth

- Drive technical and on-page SEO, including keyword research, internal linking, schema and indexing
- Use Google Search Console and Core Web Vitals to improve organic visibility and qualified traffic

7. AI & Growth Automation





- Experiment with AI across search, content, acquisition, automation and customer journeys
- Explore AI visibility, LLM optimisation, prompt engineering and AI-powered workflows
- Use AI to automate repetitive growth and marketing processes

Technical ExpectationsYou don’t need to be a developer, but you should be technically comfortable enough to implement and troubleshoot basic marketing requirements independently.

Working knowledge of

- HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript
- JSON, APIs and webhooks
- UTM and event tracking
- Marketing tags and integrations

The expectation is simple: you shouldn’t need a developer for every small marketing deployment. What We’re Looking For

- 3–6 years of experience in growth, performance, digital marketing, marketing automation or a similar role
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards and performance metrics
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels and customer journeys
- Ability to independently execute campaigns, experiments and technical implementations
- Curiosity about AI, automation and emerging growth technologies
- Robust cross-functional collaboration skills
- A bias towards experimentation, ownership and action
