Our growth depends on reaching the right company at the right moment. You'll own how we find them and how they find us.

What you'll own

- Your segment: each intern owns one target segment end to end. One focuses on PE-backed companies needing legacy modernisation; the other on software services firms whose clients want AI. We compare results every week.
- The ICP: work with the founder to define and sharpen who we sell to in your segment, and test those definitions against real data
- Signals: find the public events that show a company needs us now, such as a new PE investment, a CTO hire, AI job postings, legacy tech in job descriptions, or a client demanding AI
- Signal workflows: use AI tools and research workflows to watch for these signals across the web, job boards, funding news and company sites, and flag matching companies
- Lists: turn signals into verified prospect lists, with the right decision-maker, a working contact and a specific reason to reach out
- Content experiments: run content experiments on LinkedIn aimed at your segment's buyers. Each experiment tests one angle, format or topic, and is judged by whether it reaches real decision-makers and starts conversations, not by impressions

- Feedback: track which signals and content lead to booked calls, then drop the weak ones and double down on the strong ones

Expect about 70% of your time on prospecting and 30% on content. How you're measured
- Every week: qualified prospects delivered. Each one must fit the ICP, be a decision-maker, have a verified contact and come with a live signal
- Content:

- Over time: how often your prospects and content turn into booked calls with decision-makers

What you'll get
- Work directly with a founder who has 15 years in applied AI and production systems
- A close view of how AI services are sold to companies in the US and Europe
- ₹10,000 per month stipend
- 5% commission on revenue Nond collects from clients you sourced, including deals signed up to 6 months after your first call with them
- A full time offer for strong performers after December

You're a fit if you
- Have a degree in computer science or engineering (recent grads and final-year students who can commit full-time)
- Understand how software systems work, so you can read a job post or tech stack and tell what a company actually runs
- Use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT every day for research and analysis, and know how to get reliable answers out of them. Plus if you can also build automations to do your job better.
- Are social media savvy: you understand what makes people stop and engage, and can show content you've made or grown
- Enjoy research: digging through messy data to find patterns
- Are curious about how companies buy and what triggers a purchase
- Write clearly in English
