About the Role

Elixir is looking for a hands-on Growth Automation specialist who can own end-to-end lead flow automation across email, WhatsApp, and social media from strategy to execution. This is not a coordination role. We need someone who can think, build, and run it themselves.

What You'll Own

- Design and execute automated lead nurture flows across email, WhatsApp, and Social media channels (MQL → SQL → pipeline)
- Build end-to-end automation workflows - drip sequences, trigger-based flows, re-engagement campaigns, and social media response/outreach automation
- Develop channel-specific strategies for email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms -not copy-paste, but purpose-built for each
- Set up and maintain integrations between CRM, email tools, WhatsApp Business API, and social media platforms
- Segment audiences and personalise outreach at scale based on behaviour, funnel stage, and source
- Ideate growth experiments - A/B test messaging, timing, sequences - and iterate based on data
- Own deliverability, open rates, reply rates,



and conversion metrics across all channels
- Work closely with sales and content teams to align automation with pipeline goals
- Document workflows, maintain hygiene, and ensure CRM data integrity throughout

What We're Looking For

- 7+ years in growth marketing, marketing automation, or demand generation
- Proven ability to build automation workflows independently across email, WhatsApp, and social media
- Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business API (Meta WABA or BSP platforms like Interakt, Wati, AiSensy)
- Strong command of email automation tools (Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Mailchimp, or similar)
- Experience with Social media automation tools (ManyChat, Zapier, Make, Hootsuite, or similar)
- CRM integration experience-building flows that sync with sales pipelines, not just marketing lists
- Analytical - comfortable reading funnel data, spotting drop-offs, and diagnosing what's broken
- Has ideated AND executed campaigns independently, not just managed agencies
- Bonus: B2B or qualified services background
