Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphics Designer role based in Bhubaneswar.

The Graphics

Designer will create visual concepts for digital and print materials, including marketing assets, social media creatives, presentations, and training collateral.

Responsibilities include developing brand-aligned designs, producing logos and graphic elements, selecting and refining typography, and ensuring consistency across all visual communications. The role involves collaborating with trainers, marketing teams,



and other stakeholders to translate ideas into explicit, engaging visuals, as well as iterating on feedback and preparing files for production and publishing.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing visual creativity and technical proficiency.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography and layout to create clear, readable, and aesthetically balanced designs.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent) is beneficial.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment is expected.
- A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
