About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and ambitious Graphic Designer to join our team at Marque Berry. In this role, you will lead the visual execution for prominent brand accounts, transforming ideas into scroll-stopping social media creatives, brand assets, and digital campaigns.

If you understand up-to-date Instagram aesthetics, visual hierarchy, and how to modernize established brands through compelling design, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality digital assets including Instagram static posts, carousels, stories, and display banners.
- Translate brand briefs into visually engaging concepts while maintaining brand guidelines and consistency.
- Modernize visual identities for client brands through fresh typography, color theory, and modern layouts.
- Collaborate closely with content strategists and copywriters to turn ideas into publishing-ready designs.
- Retouch images, manipulate product photos, and curate polished visual compositions.
- Stay updated on social media design trends, formats, and platform best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience:



1–3 years of proven experience in digital graphic design or agency environments.
- Software Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating work in social media creatives, branding, typography, and image editing.
- Design Fundamentals: Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, color theory, and layout design.
- Speed & Detail: Ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising design quality or layout precision.
