Our work moves between strategy, scripting, shoots, design and edit, so everything you design is part of a bigger story.

The RoleWe’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can design for both the screen and the shelf. You will create scroll-stopping social and campaign visuals, and also take on print and packaging work: product monocartons, packaging, flyers, brochures, coffee table books and product mockups. You’ll work directly with our brand, scripting, shoot and editing teams, and you should be comfortable using AI tools to speed up your process while your own taste leads the work.

What You’ll DoDigital and Social

- Design social media creatives (posts, carousels, reel covers, stories) for multiple brand accounts, in line with each brand’s identity
- Create ad creatives and campaign visuals for Meta, YouTube and other performance and brand campaigns

Print and Packaging

- Design product monocartons and packaging, with correct dielines, bleed and print specifications
- Create flyers, brochures, standees and other marketing collateral
- Design coffee table books and long-format layouts, including pagination, typography, image treatment and flow
- Build realistic product and packaging mockups for client presentations and approvals
- Prepare print-ready files (CMYK, Pantone, correct resolution)



and coordinate with printers and vendors on proofs and corrections

Presentations and Brand

- Build client-ready presentations, proposals and brand decks that look premium and read clearly
- Use AI tools for moodboards, concept visuals and production speed-ups, and refine the output to a high standard
- Work from creative briefs and content calendars, and deliver on time across several clients at once
- Take feedback well, iterate quickly, and keep files organised for the team

What We’re Looking For
- 1-4 years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally in an agency, production house or brand team
- Strong command of Photoshop and Illustrator, with InDesign (or CorelDRAW) for brochures, books and multi-page layouts
- Hands-on experience designing packaging, including dielines and print-ready artwork
- Working knowledge of Figma or Canva for quick layouts, and After Effects or similar for basic motion graphics (Premiere Pro or CapCut is a plus)
- Valuable understanding of print processes: paper stocks, finishes (matte, gloss, spot UV, foil, embossing), colour management and what to expect from the press
- A strong sense of typography, layout, colour and hierarchy
- Comfort with AI-assisted design tools (such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney or Runway) used with good judgement
- Ability to design for Indian audiences, including bilingual (Hindi/English) layouts
- Good communication and time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects without losing quality
