Role Description

Aplomb Care Products Private Limited is looking for an experienced and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in Jabalpur.

This is a full-time, on-site position, and candidates must be willing to work from the Jabalpur office.

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual assets for product packaging, marketing materials, social media campaigns, digital content, and brand communications for LYLACK and BACTACARE.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and visual designs for marketing and branding requirements.
- Design product packaging, labels, brochures, promotional materials, social media creatives, advertisements, and other brand assets.
- Create and maintain logos, brand elements, layouts, and visual identities.
- Select appropriate typography, colors, imagery, and layouts to communicate brand messages effectively.
- Ensure consistency with established brand guidelines across all visual touchpoints.




- Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to understand design requirements and deliver effective creative solutions.
- Refine designs based on feedback and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Prepare final artwork and production-ready files for print and digital use.
- Coordinate design requirements related to packaging and printing processes.
- Maintain an organized library of design files, assets, templates, and resources.
- Stay updated with current design trends, especially in the FMCG, personal care, cosmetics, and wellness sectors.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design is mandatory.
- Robust skills in Graphic Design and visual communication, with a portfolio demonstrating creative and functional design solutions.
- Proven experience in Logo Design and Branding.
- Strong understanding of Typography, font selection, hierarchy, composition, and layout.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, or equivalent tools.
- Experience with packaging design, print artwork, and production processes will be an advantage.
- Ability to translate marketing and product requirements into effective visual designs.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, on-site team environment.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in FMCG, personal care, cosmetics, herbal, Ayurvedic, or wellness brands will be an added advantage.
