Role Description This full-time, in office Graphic Designer and Marketing Executive role is based in Chandigarh. The role involves creating visually compelling graphics for digital and print channels, including social media posts, marketing materials, website assets, and brand collateral. The team member will support brand development initiatives, collaborate on logo and identity design, and ensure consistent visual branding across all campaigns.

Daily responsibilities include working closely with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns, preparing designs aligned with SEO and social media strategies, managing multiple projects and deadlines,



and participating in brainstorming sessions to generate new creative and marketing ideas. The role also requires coordination with internal stakeholders to refine concepts and deliver high-quality, on-brand creative within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create engaging visual content for digital and print media.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive brand identities.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout design, ensuring clear, aesthetically balanced communication.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and how design supports social media, SEO, and email campaigns.
- Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and feedback-handling skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
