We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) to join our engineering team. The selected candidates will receive practical exposure to industrial operations, production processes, quality control, and maintenance activities under the guidance of experienced engineers.
- Assist senior engineers in daily engineering and plant operations.
- Monitor production activities and maintain process efficiency.
- Support preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
- Assist in quality inspections and preparation of technical reports.
- Follow workplace safety standards and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain production records and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments to achieve operational targets.
- Participate in process improvement and productivity enhancement activities.
