We are looking for an ambitious Mechanical and Civil Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) to join our core project execution team. You will play a crucial role in bringing large-scale engineering blueprints to life, gaining exposure to on-site execution, planning, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision & Execution: Supervise daily on-site construction activities, ensuring work aligns with structural drawings, blueprints, and project timelines.
- Project Planning & Estimation: Assist in quantity surveying, billing, and preparing material estimates (BOM/BOQ) using MS Excel or MS Project.
- Quality & Material Testing:
Conduct and monitor field tests on construction materials like concrete, steel, and soil to ensure they meet structural codes and QA/QC specifications.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols on the construction site.
- Vendor & Labor Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors, labor forces, and vendors to ensure seamless material supply and workflow execution.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Academic Criteria: Minimum [Insert CGPA/Percentage, e.g., 6.5 CGPA or 60%] with no active backlogs.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership potential, excellent spatial awareness, communication skills, and the physical stamina to work in dynamic in office environments.
