Performance Marketer (Google + Meta) | Remote, India | Immediate joiners preferred
We run performance marketing for brands across Australia, UAE, India and Africa, and we’re building an AI video ad platform (The Digital Creators).
You’ll:
- Build, run and optimise Google Ads (Search, PMax, Shopping, App) and Meta campaigns day to day
- Brief and test creatives, and work out what’s actually driving results
- Use AI tools (we use Claude) to analyse faster and automate reporting
You have:
- 3–5 years of hands-on campaign management, done yourself and not just “supported”
- Experience at a small agency or startup
- App campaigns or e-commerce experience (a big plus)
