We are looking for a diligent, detail-oriented, and responsible ?????? ?????????? to join our Accounts & Finance function at our Zirakpur office.
⠀
The role is suited to someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintains accuracy in financial records, and understands the importance of timely documentation and process compliance.

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers, ledgers, and supporting financial records.
⠀
- Handle purchase and sales invoices, billing documentation, and expense entries.
⠀
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable, payment follow-ups, and vendor reconciliations.
⠀
- Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and verification of financial transactions.
⠀
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements, including documentation and return preparation.
⠀
- Maintain petty cash, employee reimbursements, advances, and expense records.
⠀
- Coordinate with internal departments and branch offices for invoices, payment approvals, and accounting documentation.
⠀
- Assist in monthly closing activities, financial reporting, and preparation of MIS statements.
⠀
- Ensure that all accounting records are accurate, properly filed,
and readily available for review or audit.
⠀

- B.Com, M.Com, or a relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance.
⠀
- Preferably 1–3 years of practical accounting experience.
⠀
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP or equivalent accounting software.
⠀
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, invoicing, and basic statutory compliance.
⠀
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, reconciliations, and data management.
⠀
- Experience in an engineering, manufacturing, service, or project-based organisation would be an advantage.
