Key Responsibilities1. Financial & Budget Management

- P&L; Responsibility: Own store revenue targets, gross margins, and operating cost controls.
- Budgeting & Expense Control: Prepare annual or quarterly store budgets, track utility and labor expenses, and minimize stock waste/shrinkage.
- Sales Analysis: Review daily/weekly sales data and market trends to adjust pricing, promotions, and inventory
- Staff Management & Leadership
- Hiring & Training: Recruit, interview, hire, and train department heads, cashiers, and stock crew.
- Scheduling & Performance: Build labor schedules, manage payroll efficiency, conduct performance evaluations, and handle coaching or disciplinary actions.
