Care Elder is seeking a compassionate General Physician to support its physician-led, home-based eldercare model. The role involves tele-consultations, planned home visits, care-plan reviews, post-discharge support, family communication, and responsible clinical escalation for older adults.

- Location: Hybrid work in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

2.Compensation: ₹15,000 –₹50,000 per month.

3.Engagement: Part-time, flexible schedule; internship and fresher-friendly opportunities may be considered.

4.Provide clinical assessments and follow-up for elderly patients through tele-consultations and scheduled home visits.

- Review medical histories, medications, discharge instructions, symptoms, and health records.

6.Develop and update personalized care plans based on each elder’s risks and needs.

7.Review health observations, vital trends, and Elder Safety Score changes recorded by the care team.





- Support post-hospital recovery, medication audits, family updates, and coordination with nurses and caregivers.

9.Recognize red flags and guide appropriate referral, hospital admission, or emergency coordination; the role does not replace emergency services.

10.Requirements: MBBS or equivalent qualification with applicable Indian medical registration, sound clinical judgment, empathy for older adults, clear communication, and comfort with digital records; Gujarati or Hindi is desirable.
