General Manager, Manager or Engineer - Business Development

Based in Bengaluru, Mumbai or Ahmedabad, for professionals with 2 to 25 years of experience. You will drive growth across utilities, PSUs and industrial markets.

General Manager - International Business Development

Based in Bengaluru, for professionals with 10 to 20 years of experience. You will lead our global expansion across utilities, oil and gas, power and smart infrastructure, drawing on your experience in international sales, global tenders, market entry and partnerships with EPCs and distributors.

Business Development Associate





Based in state capitals across India, for professionals with 3 to 10 years of experience. You will work closely with our leadership to pursue strategic opportunities across utilities, PSUs and industrial markets.

What you bring

You have worked with government utilities, PSUs, EPCs or industrial clients, and you have a proven track record in business development. You are confident in tendering, proposal preparation, presentations and stakeholder management. Familiarity with pumping systems, IIoT, SCADA or automation will be a real advantage. We look for a B.E. or B.Tech in Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering, and an MBA in Marketing is a welcome addition.
