EPACK Prefab Technologies Ltd. is looking for an experienced AGM / GM - PEB Sales to lead business development and sales growth across the North Region.

About the Role:

We are looking for a senior sales leader with a strong track record in PEB and structural steel business development. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in regional sales leadership, strategic account management, project acquisition, team building, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead PEB sales and business development activities across the North Region.
- Develop regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and order booking targets.
- Identify and acquire large-scale projects across industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and infrastructure sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, architects, EPC companies, developers, and contractors.
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and closure of high-value projects.
- Develop and maintain a strong regional sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional sales team.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with estimation, design, engineering,



commercial, and project teams for smooth project handover.
- Drive market expansion and strengthen EPACK Prefab’s presence across North India.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
- 12-20 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Strong leadership experience in PEB / Structural Steel / Industrial Construction.
- Proven track record of achieving large sales and order booking targets.
- Experience managing regional sales teams and strategic accounts.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills.

Preferred Experience:

Candidates with strong experience in PEB, Structural Steel, Industrial Buildings, Warehouses, Manufacturing Facilities, Logistics Parks, Infrastructure, EPC, or Construction will be preferred.

Experience in managing business across North India, with established relationships among industrial clients, consultants, architects, EPC companies, contractors, and developers, will be an added advantage.
