We are expanding our core clinical team and are seeking a highly skilled, dynamic General Dentist .

- Schedule: [Insert working days/hours, will discuss in person timings 10am to 9 pm

- Compensation: Competitive fixed monthly salary + performance-based incentives on case conversions

Key Responsibilities

- Brilliant Patient Counselling:

- Core Clinical Dentistry: Execute everyday general dental procedures with high precision, including composite restorations, crown and bridge preparations, rotary endodontics, simple extractions, and deep scaling/root planing.

- Clinical Multitasking: Efficiently manage cross-operatory workflows, coordinate with visiting consultants (orthodontists, endodontists, pedodontists), and oversee day-to-day clinical operations.

- Case Management: Maintain accurate digital patient records, follow up on ongoing treatment plans, and ensure comprehensive post-operative care.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: BDS / MDS (General Dentistry)



from a recognized dental council institution.

- Experience: Minimum 2–4+ years] of active clinical practice with a proven track record in corporate clinics or busy private practices.

- Certifications: Active registration with the State Dental Council.

- Core Skills: Exceptional clinical competence across general dentistry, brilliant interpersonal and sales-counselling skills, fluency in [e.g., English and Hindi], and the ability to multitask under peak patient loads.
