About the Role:

KAS Motors is looking for an experienced General Manager (GM) to oversee and manage overall workshop operations, team performance, customer experience, parts management, and financial profitability across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Workshop Operations: Review daily workshop performance including WIP, TAT, vehicle inflow, and deliveries with Workshop Managers (WMs).
- Team & Escalation Management: Lead workshop teams, monitor manpower attendance/productivity, and resolve critical customer complaints and escalations.
- Breakdown & Accidental Cases: Monitor breakdown response times, first-time resolutions, and drive long-pending accidental/insurance cases toward closure.
- Inventory Control: Review parts availability, critical shortages, VOR parts, and dead/excess stock with the Parts Head.




- Financials & Collections: Monitor workshop profitability, manage expense control, and follow up strictly on overdue customer payments and collections.
- Planning & Reporting: Prepare monthly performance summaries, operational reviews, and upcoming customer engagement activity calendars.

Requirements:

- Experience: Proven experience in automobile dealership or workshop management at a senior leadership level.
- Skills: Strong operational control, team leadership, financial acumen, and excellent customer relationship management.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
