Spectral Consultants is hiring for one of the leading global accounting and advisory firms for its Bengaluru location !

? Position: Manager – Fund Accounting

? Location: Bengaluru

? Experience: 8–12 Years

? Qualification: CA / CFA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

▪️ Oversee and review day-to-day fund accounting operations for Private Equity funds, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

▪️ Review NAV calculations, fund valuations, financial statements, and investor reporting.

▪️ Ensure accurate accounting of fund transactions, expenses, income, and investor allocations.

▪️ Review audit schedules and financial reporting deliverables in accordance with US GAAP.

▪️ Identify operational risks, resolve accounting discrepancies, and ensure strong process controls.

▪️ Act as a key point of contact for clients,



manage escalations, and maintain high service standards.

▪️ Lead, mentor, and develop team members while ensuring quality and productivity.

▪️ Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency.

▪️ Support technology-related projects and contribute to SOC 2 compliance and control requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

✅ 8–12 years of experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting .

✅ Solid understanding of PE fund structures, NAV, investor reporting, and financial statements.

✅ Experience in team management, client servicing, and reviewing deliverables.

✅ Knowledge of US GAAP and fund accounting systems.

✅ Strong Excel and analytical skills.

✅ CA / CFA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification preferred
