About the Role:

We are looking for highly motivated Software Developers to join our technology team. This chance is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals. You will work on innovative applications, cloud technologies, AI and enterprise solutions while collaborating with global teams.

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining complex applications while ensuring high performance and responsiveness, while driving the adoption of Artificial Intelligence tech stacks and automation to enhance our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, test, and maintain software applications and services.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following engineering best practices.
- Participate in application design, code reviews, testing,



and debugging activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Business, and Engineering.
- Troubleshoot software defects and performance issues.
- Learn and work with modern programming frameworks, cloud platforms, and development tools.
- Contribute to Agile development activities including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Qualifications:

- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline.
- 0 – 3 years of relevant experience (2024-26 Graduates) from top-tier engineering colleges.
- Strong academic record with no active backlogs.
- Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming, and Database Concepts.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to React, Angular, .NET, Java Spring Boot, or Python frameworks.
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Cloud (Azure) , AI and Agile methodologies.
- Internship experience, product development projects, coding competitions, or open-source contributions.
- Experience working on real-world applications within a product-based environment.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
