Why This Role Exists To build a scalable, multi-tenant SaaS application from the ground up, we need an experienced Full Stack Developer who can take complete ownership of features from start to finish. This is not a "code-only" role. You will work closely with stakeholders, drive key technical decisions, and help shape a secure, reliable, and scalable SaaS architecture that can grow with our customers.

What You Will Do

1. Take end-to-end ownership of features, from requirement discussions and technical planning to development, testing, deployment, and post-release support.
2. Actively engage with all stakeholders (project managers, designers, QA, business teams, and clients) to understand requirements, clarify gaps, and give regular progress updates.
3. Build responsive, high-performance SaaS user interfaces using React.js, including dashboards, admin panels, and role-based views.
4. Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js
5. Architect and implement core SaaS capabilities such as multi-tenancy, role-based access control (RBAC), user and organization management, and subscription billing
6. Drive system architecture decisions, including service design, tenant data isolation, data flow, caching, queues, and integrations
7. Design tenant-aware database schemas and write efficient, optimized queries (PostgreSQL/MySQL and/or MongoDB)
8.



Integrate third-party services such as payment and subscription gateways, SSO/authentication, email/SMS, webhooks, and cloud storage.
9. Proactively identify risks, blockers, and technical debt, and propose practical solutions.
10. Set coding standards, lead code reviews, and mentor junior developers
11. Ensure application security, performance, uptime, and scalability as the user base grows

Must-Have Skills

1. 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with at least 2 years building SaaS products
2. Proven experience working on complex architectures, such as multi-tenant systems, microservices, event-driven designs, or high-traffic platforms
3. Strong understanding of SaaS fundamentals: multi-tenancy, RBAC, subscription and billing flows, usage limits, and tenant data isolation
4. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js,



Hooks, and state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API)
5. Solid experience with Node.js and Express.js for building REST APIs
6. Robust experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB), including schema design and query optimization
7. Experience with caching and queuing tools such as Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka
8. Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS or similar frameworks, and responsive design
9. Experience with authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth 2.0, SSO, role-based access)
10. Solid understanding of application security best practices (OWASP, data encryption, secure API design)
11. Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows (branching, PRs, code reviews)
12. Ability to translate Figma designs into pixel-accurate UI

Good-to-Have (Add-On)

1. DevOps knowledge: CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins), Docker, server setup, environment management, and monitoring
2. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Vercel, or DigitalOcean
3. Experience with Next.js or TypeScript
4. Experience with subscription billing platforms (Stripe Billing, Razorpay Subscriptions, Chargebee)
5. Experience with automated testing (Jest, Cypress, Playwright)
6. Exposure to compliance standards such as GDPR or SOC 2
