Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, React, .NET, and Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have solid full-stack development experience, strong database knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, React, and .NET technologies.
- Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js.
- Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and business logic using Java and .NET.
- Design, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, and database schemas in Microsoft SQL Server.
- Troubleshoot and optimize database performance, including query tuning, indexing, and execution plan analysis.
- Integrate front-end applications with backend services and databases.
- Ensure application security, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA Engineers,



and other developers to deliver quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective technical solutions.
- Contribute to application enhancements, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in Java and React.js development.
- Experience developing backend applications and APIs using .NET / C# and ASP.NET Core.
- Strong and mandatory hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL).
- Excellent knowledge of SQL queries, joins, subqueries, CTEs, views, stored procedures, functions, and transactions.
- Experience with database design, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and up-to-date React concepts.
- Familiarity with Git and source control management.
- Knowledge of application debugging, unit testing, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an Agile development environment.
