Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer – AI & Cloud Solutions to design, develop, and deploy scalable enterprise applications and AI-powered solutions. You will contribute to modernizing healthcare technology systems, automating complex workflows, and building secure, high-performance software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering fundamentals, hands-on experience integrating AI capabilities, and knowledge of cloud platforms, microservices, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable enterprise software applications and AI-powered solutions.
- Build AI-enabled features, automated workflows, and integrations with machine learning services and APIs.
- Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code using Python, Java, C#, or TypeScript.
- Design and support microservices-based applications and cloud-native solutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to define requirements and technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and maintain integration pipelines.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions,



and technical design reviews.
- Follow responsible AI practices, data governance, and applicable security and privacy standards.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to continuous engineering improvement.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of qualified software development experience.
- 3+ years of experience with Python, Java, C#, or TypeScript.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered features, automated workflows, or ML service/API integrations.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP and microservices architecture.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and software design skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, or vector databases into applications.
- Knowledge of responsible AI, AI safety, and data governance.
- Experience with healthcare systems, health benefits operations, or HIPAA-related security and privacy requirements.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
