About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Master Data Governance Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Material Master Data and SAP Materials Management (MM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-quality material master data, enforcing data governance standards, and supporting global SAP programs and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, maintain, update, and validate SAP Material Master data.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with governance standards.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, duplicate records, and inconsistencies.
- Perform data cleansing, harmonization, and continuous data quality improvement.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and other business teams.
- Support end-to-end business processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and production planning.
- Analyze material master dependencies across SAP MM, SD, and PP modules.
- Support SAP global rollouts, data migration, validation, cutover, and stabilization activities.




- Monitor data quality KPIs and contribute to governance frameworks and process improvements.
- Work with functional and technical teams on SAP enhancements, integrations, and automation.

- Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of SAP experience, with strong expertise in SAP Material Master Data and SAP MM.
- In-depth understanding of material types, master data views, attributes, and dependencies.
- Hands-on experience in Master Data Management (MDM), data governance, and data quality.
- Understanding of SAP MM integration with SD, PP, and other relevant modules.
- Experience with enterprise-scale SAP environments and cross-functional business processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and execute data management activities with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations or global SAP rollouts.
- Exposure to manufacturing and supply chain environments.
- Familiarity with SAP MDG, data migration tools, and data governance solutions.
- Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.
