About Pretty Saheli

Pretty Saheli is a home salon service brand providing beauty and wellness services at customers' doorsteps. We are looking for a responsible and organized Freelance Caller & Booking Coordinator to manage new customer leads, confirm appointments, and coordinate with beauticians to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact new customer leads as soon as possible after they are received.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to salon services, packages, and offers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant services and pricing.
- Confirm bookings by verifying customer details, service requirements, location, date, and time.
- Assign suitable beauticians to confirmed appointments based on availability, location, and service requirements.
- Coordinate with beauticians to ensure they accept their assignments and reach customers on time.
- Share booking confirmations and appointment updates with customers through calls or WhatsApp.
- Follow up with customers and beauticians to ensure appointments proceed smoothly.
- Manage rescheduling, cancellations, and booking-related queries.
- Maintain records of new leads, confirmed bookings, assigned beauticians, and completed appointments.
- Provide regular updates on booking status and completed services to management.

Flexible Working Arrangement

- This is a flexible, work-from-home freelance opportunity.
- You do not need to remain active or online continuously throughout the day.
- Work is required whenever a new customer lead arrives.
- You should contact new leads promptly, handle customer inquiries, confirm bookings,



and coordinate beautician assignments.
- Follow-ups and appointment coordination must be completed as required.
- Timely responses and responsible lead management are essential.

Important: Although continuous online availability is not required, you must be reachable and respond promptly when new leads are assigned or received.

Requirements

- Valuable communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
- Good customer-handling and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets or Excel.
- Ability to manage customer inquiries and appointment schedules.
- Responsible, organized, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, appointment scheduling, or operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with good communication and coordination skills are welcome.

Compensation & Incentives

- Fixed payment for the agreed freelance working arrangement.
- Additional incentives on monthly basis.
- Incentives are applicable only after the salon service has been completed successfully.
- Bookings that are cancelled or appointments where the service is not completed will not qualify for incentives.
- Flexible working hours and work-from-home convenience.
- Opportunity to earn additional incentives based on completed appointments.

The fixed payment, incentive amount per completed appointment, and payment schedule will be discussed and finalized during the interview.
