Role Description The Framer Intern will work full time on-site in Mumbai, collaborating closely with the design, product, and engineering teams to create interactive prototypes and user interfaces using Framer. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating product requirements and user flows into high-fidelity designs, building responsive and reusable UI components, and iterating based on stakeholder feedback. The intern will support design documentation, maintain consistency with the brand and design system,



and assist in preparing design assets and presentations for internal and client-facing reviews.

This role also involves researching best practices in UX/UI, experimenting with motion and micro-interactions, and contributing ideas to improve user experience across Volody’s CLM product suite.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in UI/UX design tools and practices, preferably experience with Framer or similar prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Basic understanding of front-end concepts such as responsive design, layout, and component-based design (knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus).
- Ability to interpret product requirements, create user flows, and transform concepts into clear, usable interface designs.
- Attention to detail in visual design, typography, spacing, and interaction design, with a portfolio or sample work demonstrating design skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to accept feedback, iterate quickly, and work in a cross-functional team.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, product-focused setting.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Mumbai-based candidates only, with availability to work full time on-site at Volody’s Mumbai office.
