Overview

2–3+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts, E com Industry

- CA Inter / CMA Inter (Preferred) or MBA (Finance) with relevant experience.
- Strong experience in preparing Monthly Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
- Expertise in Trial Balance finalization and month-end/year-end closing.
- Must strictly follow and drive the monthly financial closing process.
- Experience in finance process improvement and automation.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a finance team.
- Positive analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the e-commerce industry will be an added advantage.

Role Overview: -

We are looking for a dynamic Manager – FP&A; & Business Finance to drive financial planning,

business partnering, and digital finance transformation initiatives. This role will play a critical part in enabling data-driven decision-making through robust MIS, insightful analysis, and automation-

led process improvements.

The ideal candidate will combine strong FP&A; fundamentals with a hands-on approach to dashboards, automation, and ERP-driven finance processes in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities: -

FP&A; & Business Finance

 Lead budgeting, forecasting, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) cycles

 Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget/Forecast)



and provide actionable insights

 Drive profitability analysis, cost optimization, and working capital management

 Partner with business teams to support strategic planning and decision-making

 Build financial models to evaluate business performance and growth opportunities

MIS & Reporting

 Prepare and present monthly MIS, dashboards, and management reports

 Develop automated reporting frameworks to enhance speed and accuracy

 Ensure data accuracy across General Ledger, cost centers, and reporting structures

 Deliver ad-hoc analysis and insights for leadership and business reviews

Finance Digital Transformation

 Drive automation of finance processes (MIS, reporting, reconciliations)

 Work on ERP enhancements and system integrations (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite)

 Develop Power BI dashboards for real-time business insights

 Identify opportunities for process standardization, SOP creation, and efficiency improvement
